Specialist, Project Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist, Project Sales to drive growth in the precast concrete market. The role involves identifying new project opportunities, managing customer relationships and guiding projects from quotation through execution and collection to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities through market visits, networking and intelligence gathering.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and project owners, presenting our precast solutions.
• Coordinate with Technical and Estimation teams to prepare competitive quotations and follow up until award.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority and manage purchase orders, contracts and approvals.
• Work with Design, Production, Planning, Projects, Finance and other functions to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Monitor payment schedules, coordinate with Finance for timely collection and flag overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations and pipeline; prepare regular sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project‑based sales within construction or precast concrete sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with consultants and contractors.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to collection.
• Negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Cross‑functional coordination capability.
