Store Manager - Home Textiles Retail

About the role

A Saudi retail and e-commerce company specializing in premium home textiles and bedding linens since 1997 is looking for a Store Manager in Riyadh. The role covers all aspects of store operations, from driving sales growth and customer service to staff training.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Drive sales growth by setting targets, monitoring performance and implementing sales strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services, and ensure effective merchandising, pricing and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships, resolve complaints and keep satisfaction high.
• Develop and deliver training for in-store staff, including new hire, product knowledge, sales and customer service training, and coach and mentor them.
• Work with other departments on training programs, observe staff on the sales floor, give feedback and track training effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in the retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Prior experience delivering training and coaching is a big plus.
