Store Manager – Supermarket (Riyadh)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a Carrefour supermarket in Riyadh, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with head office and corporate teams to implement strategic plans and improve overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement MAF Retail’s supermarket strategies and procedures.
• Analyse commercial performance and recommend actions to boost profitability and turnover.
• Control costs within budgetary guidelines while maximizing sales.
• Review stock and sales reports, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with department heads for effective stock management and timely deliveries.
• Supervise maintenance of assets and uphold hygiene, safety, and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience as a store manager in the supermarket/retail sector.
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• Strong people and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
