Strategic Execution Consultant - 8-Month Engagement

About the role

The Strategic Execution Consultant will translate high‑level strategy into measurable execution across national and enterprise initiatives. You will build performance management systems, coordinate cross‑entity implementation plans, and deliver data‑driven insights to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Convert strategic objectives into executable programs, initiatives, and roadmaps with clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Establish governance routines such as steering committees, working groups, and PMO cadences.
• Support implementation of complex, multi‑stakeholder national strategy initiatives.
• Facilitate joint planning workshops to align priorities, KPIs, and sequencing between entities.
• Track commitments, approvals, and deliverables across participating entities.
• Run performance management frameworks (Strategic KPI Trees, Balanced Scorecards).
• Define and standardize KPI definitions, formulas, baselines, targets, owners, data sources, and reporting frequency.
• Build performance dashboards and executive scorecards; generate insights, trends, and root‑cause analysis.
• Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Develop advanced Excel models for planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Create Power BI dashboards and automated reporting pipelines where applicable.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience translating strategy into execution.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and executive‑level storytelling.
• Stakeholder management and cross‑entity coordination skills.
• Data‑integrity mindset with focus on definitions, traceability, and governance.
