Strategy Development Manager

About the role

The Strategy Development Manager will support the corporate Strategy function by delivering market intelligence, evaluating strategic opportunities, and preparing high‑impact reports and presentations. This role enables informed decision‑making and aligns Business Development priorities with the company’s long‑term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in updating the Annual and 3‑5 Year Strategic Plans, gathering input from business units.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies and new geographies, and produce insight reports.
• Screen and evaluate new business opportunities, preparing feasibility studies, SWOT analyses and opportunity briefs.
• Build and maintain financial and business models, performing scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Coordinate implementation of approved strategic initiatives across business units, tracking performance and reporting risks.
• Prepare strategy dashboards, KPIs, board‑level presentations and ensure consistency with corporate messaging.
• Act as liaison between Strategy, Business Units and Business Development to ensure smooth hand‑over of validated opportunities.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, market analysis, management consulting or financial/business analysis.
• Experience in EPC/Construction, Energy & Utilities, Infrastructure Development or related sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate market research into actionable recommendations and develop robust business cases.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience preparing executive‑level presentations.
