About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel is clean, well‑maintained, and ready to provide a memorable experience for guests. This full‑time position is based on Ummahat Island and is part of the St. Regis hospitality team.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
Respond promptly to guest requests and service inquiries.
Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including making beds, changing linens, and sanitising surfaces.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

Ability to stand, walk, sit, or be on your feet for extended periods.
Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and maintaining a safe work environment.
