About the role

Flowmingo is looking for experienced HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and help them integrate the solution into their recruitment workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Share the Flowmingo platform with HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the solution fits into existing hiring processes and supports fair, efficient candidate evaluation.
• Gather feedback from new users to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active, relevant network.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule.
• Passionate about recommending tools that improve hiring outcomes.
