About the role

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high‑volume recruitment for blue‑collar positions within its industrial manufacturing environment. The role ensures production teams are staffed with skilled personnel while complying with Saudi labour regulations and Saudization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end high‑volume recruitment for blue‑collar roles.
• Develop and execute local sourcing strategies such as job fairs, HRDF collaborations, and institute partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and job definition.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and Saudization policies.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide onboarding support and facilitate smooth candidate integration.
• Monitor labour market trends to refine recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record in mass hiring for blue‑collar positions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Highly adaptable to fast‑paced, startup‑like environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven and able to multitask under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms for candidate tracking and reporting.
