Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

OSUS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment team in delivering efficient hiring processes. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate searches using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and social media.
• Screen resumes according to criteria set by the recruitment team.
• Communicate with candidates to verify basic information and answer inquiries.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and relevant departments.
• Prepare candidate files and update candidate status in the system after interviews.
• Maintain weekly updates of the candidate database and generate status reports on open positions.
• Support hiring managers in implementing approved recruitment plans.
• Ensure all recruitment stages comply with quality, confidentiality, and HR policy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Saudi national.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
