Talent Acquisition Specialist – MENA (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

Clorox Abudawood is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the Middle East, primarily focusing on Saudi Arabia. You will partner with business leaders, HR teams, and manufacturing operations to attract top talent and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate, commercial, operations, and manufacturing functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Support recruiting initiatives for Clorox manufacturing sites in Jeddah and Dammam.
• Utilise sourcing tools, market insights, and professional networks to identify high‑quality candidates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience while meeting recruitment metrics and business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of recruiting experience within multinational organisations.
• Proven recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia and/or the broader Middle East.
• Experience hiring for both corporate and manufacturing positions.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, including AI‑driven solutions such as Copilot.
