About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented trainee to join our Human Resources team under the Tamheer program. The role focuses on recruitment activities while providing exposure to broader HR operations, giving you hands‑on experience across multiple functions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in employee records management and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Language and Translation or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.

- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Excel
- General proficiency with MS Office suite
