About the role

Join the Human Capital team as a Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, supporting business growth, and building scalable people practices across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain organizational structures aligned with business strategy.
• Develop job architecture, including families, career levels, and grading frameworks.
• Create clear job descriptions and role definitions.
• Design and support learning, leadership, and competency development programs.
• Assist performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Identify training needs and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Support organizational change initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare HR metrics, reports, and dashboards for decision‑making.
• Develop HR frameworks, templates, and scalable people processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or human capital.
• Experience with organizational design, job architecture, or workforce planning.
• Background in supporting performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
