About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to drive sales calls for the Saudi market. The role can be performed remotely from home or on‑site, offering flexibility while contributing to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and present the company’s services.
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships and convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Record customer information and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales, sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent Arabic with a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
