Telesales Specialist (Entry Level)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Specialist to join our growing team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to launch a career in sales and technology, working remotely to contact potential customers and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone to introduce our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations as required.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead‑generation targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal communication in Arabic; English is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Quiet, dedicated home office workspace.

Required skills
