Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will handle both inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Bayut packages and services. You will build relationships with customers, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales by contacting existing and potential customers to pitch real‑estate related packages.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate upsell or cross‑sell options.
• Record all calls, meetings, and notes accurately in the CRM system.
• Classify buyer profiles (B2B, B2C, C2C) and route qualified prospects to the field sales team.
• Meet monthly KPIs and revenue targets, including timely payment collection.
• Handle inbound inquiries, resolve complaints by liaising with relevant departments, and keep detailed call logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of proven telesales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of the real‑estate industry.
• Basic familiarity with call‑centre systems and solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems to track sales activities.
• Ability to operate call‑centre software and follow scripted dialogues.
