TeleSales Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive TeleSales Supervisor to lead our banking telesales team. In this role you will drive sales performance, ensure compliance, and support the professional growth of a team of 10+ agents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a telesales team of 10+ employees.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and business targets.
• Supervise team productivity, call quality, and overall operational performance.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, leave requests, and operational approvals.
• Prepare and analyse performance reports, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support smooth business operations.
• Utilise banking systems, CRM platforms, and performance dashboards to monitor and improve team performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in telesales.
• Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience managing teams of more than 10 employees.
• Strong knowledge of banking systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication and people‑management skills.
