Territory Lead, Trauma & Extremities, Central Region

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Territory Lead to support the growth of its Trauma & Extremities Division in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. This is a field-based position based in Riyadh with an 80% travel requirement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers in your area and report on trends, competitors, product developments and regulations to your manager.
• Carry out sales activities against regional targets, prepare sales reports and plan, run and report customer/partner visits and demos.
• Evaluate requests for proposals, prepare material lists and inform customers about purchasing methods such as tenders, intermediate purchases and leasing, working with the tender department.
• Track delivery dates, deliver and install materials, provide post-sales training and attend surgery cases.
• Follow up collections with Finance and Accounting and handle customer complaints through the Quality Management team.
• Prepare congress and demo materials, communicate scientific support requests to marketing and support the logistics team when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, medicine or a related field.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a territory lead or similar.
• Experience in the orthopaedics industry (trauma, spine, joint replacement, etc.).
• Proficiency in English; experience in trauma and extremities is preferred.
