Territory Lead – Trauma & Extremities (Western Region, Jeddah)

About the role

The Territory Lead will drive growth of Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities division across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, manage sales activities, and ensure successful product implementation and post‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, product developments and regulatory changes, reporting insights to management.
• Achieve regional sales targets, prepare sales reports and manage customer/partner visits, demonstrations and product demos.
• Evaluate proposals, prepare material lists, and guide customers through purchasing methods (tender, leasing, etc.).
• Coordinate with the tender department, track delivery dates, oversee material delivery, installation and post‑sales training.
• Manage billing accruals, follow up collections with Finance, and handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Prepare congress/demo materials, ensure proper sterilisation and storage, and support logistics as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as a territory lead or similar role.
• Experience in the orthopaedics industry, preferably in trauma, extremities or joint replacement.
• Proficiency in English.
