Ticket Agent

About the role

The Ticket Agent will manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, ensuring smooth booking, documentation and support throughout the travel lifecycle. This position works closely with HR, project teams and external travel agencies to deliver timely and accurate travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international flight bookings.
• Book hotels, ground transportation and other travel‑related services.
• Process ticket changes, cancellations, refunds and reissues.
• Coordinate travel requests with employees, HR and travel agencies.
• Verify that travel documents and approvals are complete before travel.
• Maintain travel records and generate basic travel reports.
• Support project mobilization/demobilization and VIP travel arrangements.
• Assist in resolving travel‑related issues and ensure timely service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate ticketing or travel management.
• Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
• Experience in construction or real‑estate sectors is a plus.
