Tourism Manager – Corporate Travel & Destination Development

About the role

The Tourism Manager will lead the planning, execution and continuous improvement of corporate travel programs and regional tourism initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, travel agencies, airlines and hotels to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate travel destinations, pricing, customs, weather and reviews.
• Develop strategic policies and programs for corporate travel and regional tourism promotion.
• Oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodging, ground transport) and suggest suitable travel packages based on client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with travel service providers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Provide guidance on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations and ensure compliance with all travel procedures.
• Identify target markets, design tailored tourism packages and establish tourism offices internationally.
• Supervise tourism staff, drive innovation in travel programs and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Tourism Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Tourism, Business or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sales orientation, customer‑focused mindset and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel frequently.

• Microsoft Office Suite.
