Tourism Market Research & Sales Specialist

About the role

The Market Research & Planning Specialist will lead the product management and strategic planning for the HAYAKUM tourism offering. You will monitor performance, drive business development, and translate market insights into actionable product plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor overall performance of HAYAKUM, including sales, revenue, mobility activities and key commercial KPIs.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, market segments and preparing business cases.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and detailed market analysis.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, performance analysis and business insights.
• Develop short‑, medium‑ and long‑term product plans and support future marketing and commercial strategy.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, translating insights into product improvements and brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA or Master’s is a plus.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in market research, product management or commercial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
