About the role
We are seeking a Training Officer to support the Poultry Business Unit at Almarai. The role will manage the training database, handle documentation, and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the training database for the Poultry BU.
- Process training documents and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate training sessions, including logistics and participant communication.
- Collect and report training feedback and performance metrics.
- Support trainers and participants during workshops.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in FMCG, training or education.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented and disciplined during training activities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the training cycle and documentation processes.
