Transport Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to lead transport and mobility operations across multiple projects. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services while continuously improving fleet performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily transport operations across multiple locations.
• Manage fleet operations, including company vehicles, shuttle buses, and golf carts.
• Plan and optimise transport routes, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead and supervise drivers and transport teams.
• Monitor fleet performance, maintenance, and operational costs.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, logistics or mobility services.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably with multi‑site responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of fleet management systems.
• Experience with GPS tracking technologies.
• Understanding of transport compliance and safety standards.
