About the role
We are seeking a Transportation Coordinator to oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient coordination of drivers, vehicles, and transportation requests. The role supports operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation operations.
- Schedule and monitor drivers and vehicles.
- Coordinate transportation requests with internal departments.
- Maintain transportation records and reports.
- Follow up on vehicle maintenance and fleet readiness.
- Resolve transportation‑related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination is preferred.
- Good English language skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
