Vendor Management Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑oriented Vendor Management Supervisor to oversee vendor relationships across our diversified business operations in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures effective vendor performance, contract compliance, service quality, and timely delivery while identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle: onboarding, performance monitoring, evaluation, renewal and off‑boarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, subcontractors and service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations, quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and create corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, engineering, project and other internal teams.
• Review contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance.
• Identify and resolve operational, commercial and performance issues promptly.
• Lead negotiations on service improvements, pricing, renewals, variations and claims.
• Maintain vendor performance dashboards, scorecards and KPI reports.
• Perform periodic risk assessments and ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in vendor or supplier management.
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor portfolios across multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment and with international suppliers.
