Waiter – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

Join THG, a fast‑growing hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, as a full‑time Waiter. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take food & beverage orders.
• Serve dishes and drinks accurately and promptly.
• Set up, clear and maintain clean tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and process payments following company procedures.
• Follow hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain a professional atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Understanding of basic food safety and health‑safety regulations.
• Team‑player who can collaborate effectively during peak service times.
• Previous waiter or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
