Waiter (Guest Service Expert) – Full-time in Ummahat Island

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Waiter (Guest Service Expert) to join our team at St. Regis on Ummahat Island, Red Sea. The role focuses on delivering a memorable dining experience through attentive service, precise table setting, and seamless coordination with the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, linens, and dining accessories according to brand standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and respond to special requests with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service equipment throughout the shift.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and assist guests in menu selection.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unassisted, 50 lb with assistance), and navigating uneven surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and perform physical tasks as described.
• Saudi national (as indicated by the title).
