Waiter / Waitress – Hospitality Role in Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a professional Waiter or Waitress to join Accor’s hospitality team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional dining experiences, greeting guests with warmth and ensuring high‑quality service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting dietary preferences.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain tables according to established standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness checks.
• Assist with monthly inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter or waitress in a professional dining environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale (POS) system or similar platforms.
