About the role

Join Jumeirah The Red Sea as a Waiter/ess serving Japanese Nikkei cuisine. You will be part of a luxury hospitality team, delivering the brand’s hallmark service to guests in an elegant setting.

Key responsibilities

• Embrace and demonstrate Jumeirah Hallmarks in every interaction.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns.
• Communicate guest orders, including special requests, to the kitchen using the hotel’s point‑of‑sales (POS) system.
• Provide detailed food and wine recommendations and discuss menu items confidently.
• Maintain a friendly, unobtrusive presence with all guests.
• Set a personal example for correct conduct and behavior.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Clear understanding and respect for cultural differences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a point‑of‑sales (POS) system.
