About the role

Join a leading hospitality brand as a Waiter, delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in Al Khobar. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses to guests and set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer menu questions, communicate special dietary needs, and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Check guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lb unassisted.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
