Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the food and beverage team at Fairmont The Red Sea, a new luxury resort in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will deliver courteous, professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a sustainable, nature‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Serve and clear tables promptly, set, clear and reset according to service standards.
• Support teammates with food running, station refills and act as a liaison between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, maintain cleanliness of service stations, and adhere to HACCP, FIFO and health‑safety procedures.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and report concerns to the Manager on Duty.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and uphold grooming and presentation standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
