Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort (Saudi Only)

About the role

Provide courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service at Raffles The Red Sea, anticipating guest needs, presenting menus, and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and clear food and beverage items promptly while ensuring unobtrusive service.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
• Support team members with food running, station refills, and act as a link between Front of House and Back of House.
• Follow opening and closing checklists, maintain cleanliness of service stations, and adhere to HACCP and FIFO standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and report concerns to the Manager on Duty.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; strong communication in English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and maintain a professional appearance.
