About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping processes.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain EHS standards.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and regular stock counts.
- Monitor staff performance, provide training, and meet productivity targets.
- Maintain proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools.
- Maintain documentation and system accuracy (GRNs, stock transfers, dispatch records, etc.).
- Resolve operational issues or discrepancies promptly.
