Water Sports Supervisor

About the role

The Water Sports Supervisor leads the daily delivery of water‑based activities at Red Sea Sports & Entertainment’s marine destination. Reporting to the Water Sports Manager, you will ensure safe, high‑quality experiences for guests while coordinating instructors, equipment and support teams in a luxury tourism environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Water Sports Manager in overseeing all water‑sports operations.
• Supervise instructors and operational staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and service excellence.
• Plan and coordinate daily activity schedules, guest allocations and resource planning.
• Monitor weather, sea conditions and environmental factors to guarantee safe operations.
• Inspect and prepare equipment before each session, maintaining accurate activity logs and attendance records.
• Act as the escalation point for operational issues, guest concerns and safety incidents.
• Collaborate closely with boat crews, support teams and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising or managing water‑sports or similar outdoor recreational activities.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to enforce SOPs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a guest‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury tourism environment and make quick decisions under changing conditions.
