About the role
AlgoDriven is seeking an experienced Account Manager to expand and support its automotive SaaS customer base across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strong relationships with dealer groups, OEMs, banks, and other automotive partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform while identifying growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with automotive customers throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding, and training sessions.
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful adoption of the software.
- Coordinate with product, data, and support teams to resolve customer challenges.
- Build relationships with dealer principals, general managers, used‑car managers, and OEM stakeholders.
- Attend customer meetings, industry events, and dealer visits across Saudi Arabia.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
Required profile
- Strong experience in the automotive industry.
- Background in account management, customer success, business development, or sales.
- Proven experience working with customers in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English; Arabic skills highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Saudi Arabia.
