About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to nurture and expand existing client relationships. In this farming‑focused position, you will act as the trusted point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to build long‑term relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand customer business needs and propose suitable solutions or services.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and account planning sessions.
  • Track account performance, renewals, and contract management.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Maintain high customer retention and engagement levels.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in a farming or existing‑account context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer‑success processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
