Events Sales Account Manager

About the role
We are seeking two high‑performing Sales Account Managers to drive growth in the events industry. This 360° role combines hunter instincts with consultative selling, covering the full sales cycle from lead generation to hand‑over of live events.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage C‑suite and marketing leaders in local and international firms, expanding the network and representing the company at industry events.
- Execute cold‑approach, social selling and networking strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Lead discovery sessions, analyse RFP/RFQ documents, and develop winning proposals with creative and technical teams.
- Prepare detailed financial bids, ensuring competitive pricing while protecting margins.
- Design high‑impact presentations using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
- Conduct internal kickoff meetings to ensure seamless hand‑over to project management.
- Maintain 100 % accuracy in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or Odoo) and provide monthly revenue forecasts.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in the events industry or a comparable high‑stakes service sector.
- Proven record of winning large‑scale projects and managing multinational key accounts.
- Resilience under tight deadlines and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with presentation software (Canva, PowerPoint).
- Expert use of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo).
