About the role
The Account Manager will develop and manage customer relationships across key sectors in Saudi Arabia, focusing on short‑to‑mid‑cycle opportunities ranging from SAR 500k to SAR 3M. The role drives the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing account growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and prospect new target accounts in KSA.
- Build relationships with decision‑makers, influencers, consultants and contractors.
- Identify project opportunities in ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data centers, ELV and managed services.
- Conduct regular client visits, follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with presales, technical, delivery and vendor teams to shape solutions.
- Support bidding and tendering activities, including RFP/RFQ response coordination.
- Track opportunities through CRM and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Negotiate commercial terms, obtain approvals and close contracts.
- Maintain market intelligence on competitors, projects and customer needs.
- Manage after‑sales relationships to enable repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in ICT sales, account management or business development.
- Proven experience selling ICT infrastructure, integrated systems, data‑center, networking and cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong understanding of KSA market dynamics and procurement processes.
- Established network of local contacts.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
