About the role
Almarai is looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager to support the development of strong trading partnerships with key customers across all product categories. You will work closely with Business Units, marketing teams and regional sales teams to maximise sales, profit and brand visibility in the market.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong trading partnerships with key account customers.
- Manage long‑term agreement (LTA) spend, product listings and in‑store space allocation.
- Analyse sales performance, identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Visit markets, conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather market pulse.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities with Business Units and marketing, ensuring execution through regional sales teams.
- Optimise space agreements to maximise product visibility.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers to build profitable, long‑term relationships.
Required profile
- BA degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
- Minimum 4 years of FMCG sales management experience.
- Proven experience leading large sales teams and managing a sales function.
- Strong knowledge of category management and sales analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (advanced data handling and analysis).
