Architectural & Civil Draftsman – Building & Fit‑out Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architectural & Civil Draftsman to join our team on high‑end building and fit‑out projects, especially 5‑star hotel and luxury hospitality developments. You will produce accurate technical, shop and as‑built drawings while collaborating closely with engineering and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and civil shop drawings for construction and fit‑out works.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details and construction drawings based on project requirements.
• Update and maintain as‑built drawings throughout project execution.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Incorporate consultant and project engineer comments and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Work with site engineers and construction teams to resolve drawing‑related issues.
• Control revision and documentation of all drawing sets.
• Assist in preparing interior drawings for finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors and other fit‑out elements.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural/Civil Draftsman.
• Proven experience in building construction and fit‑out projects, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural and MEP drawings.
• Strong coordination skills with engineering and site teams.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
