Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

POWR, a creator‑led media company based in Riyadh, is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to own the creative engine behind all brand‑partnership work across its 18 creators. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will shape the creative vision, build a high‑performing team, and ensure every sponsor brief and campaign reflects the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the creative standard for every brand partnership from pitch to execution.
• Translate brand objectives into creator‑centric concepts that leverage the unique strengths of POWR’s talent pool.
• Hire, mentor, and structure a team of 5‑10 creatives, content producers, and partnership managers.
• Approve all creative work before it goes live, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Develop an operating system that enables fast, high‑quality sponsor work across all creators.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading creative campaigns that influence culture and generate buzz.
• Experience managing teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, and producers.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, thinking).
• Deep understanding of the difference between brand briefs and creator briefs, with the ability to bridge them.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful MENA‑focused brand and cultural work.
• Currently residing in Riyadh or able to relocate within 14 days.
