Corporate Procurement Senior Buyer

About the role

The Corporate Procurement Senior Buyer is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end acquisition of non‑trading materials, supplies, equipment and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the right products are sourced at the best price and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate vendors across multiple markets, negotiate pricing and discounts, and maintain an up‑to‑date supplier list.
• Analyze vendor performance, review quotes, and coordinate bids to improve purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define procurement needs, quality standards and delivery requirements.
• Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers to meet SLA and specification commitments.
• Create and issue purchase orders by converting approved purchase requisitions, ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies.
• Assist in developing specifications for equipment, materials and services, suggesting alternative solutions when appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0‑3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

• MS Office Suite.
