About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role involves managing the CFO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare required materials, and distribute agendas.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Organize, maintain, and manage documents and records.
- Support executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor administrative workflows and approvals.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all duties.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred) in executive assistance or administrative support.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
