About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership in Jeddah. The role requires managing fast‑paced, confidential workflows while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting documentation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Facilitate communication between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize executive meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Support daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Required profile
- Saudi national (mandatory).
- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
