Full-Stack Engineer – Real-Time Voice AI Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to join our product engineering team building a real‑time voice AI platform used by enterprise customers in financial services, customer operations and other large‑scale environments. This hands‑on role offers ownership across the full product lifecycle, from customer‑facing features to backend services and cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features from concept through production.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and TypeScript.
• Build systems that support real‑time communication and automation workflows.
• Deploy and operate services in a cloud‑native environment (GCP).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver new functionality quickly.
• Improve platform scalability, reliability and performance as adoption grows.
• Take ownership of production systems and contribute to technical direction.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong development skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building and shipping production‑grade software.
• Solid understanding of backend development, APIs and relational database design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment with a strong ownership mentality.
