GIS Data Analyst – Riyadh

About the role

We are a fast‑growing tech‑driven firm supporting Saudi Arabia’s smart city initiatives. As a GIS Data Analyst you will transform raw spatial data into actionable insights that guide urban planning, asset management and environmental monitoring across Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Process, validate and manage vector, raster and LiDAR datasets sourced from satellite imagery, drone surveys and field sensors.
• Design, maintain and version‑control GIS databases using ArcGIS Pro and QGIS, ensuring proper metadata tagging.
• Create dynamic maps, dashboards and spatial reports for planners, engineers and stakeholders with ArcGIS Online and Power BI.
• Collaborate with engineering and environmental teams on zoning, land‑use analysis and infrastructure impact modelling.
• Perform spatial analyses such as buffering, overlay and network analysis to answer business and policy questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Experience with drone imagery or LiDAR data (preferred).
• Familiarity with OpenStreetMap workflows and Saudi geographic boundaries.
