About the role
We are seeking a strategic leader to build and oversee our overseas administrative function. The Head of Overseas Administration will design and manage regional teams, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across multiple international locations.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and lead overseas regional/country administrative teams.
- Develop and continuously improve administrative management systems and process standards.
- Plan, build, and manage the company’s overseas administrative work platform.
- Oversee office space planning, site selection, leasing, construction, and service operations, including supplies, catering, transportation, accommodation, asset and security management.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to support broader administrative tasks.
- Build regional supplier networks for office services, travel, and reception.
- Manage delivery of overseas administrative services such as office space, travel, and accommodation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, including at least 2 years in an overseas context.
- Extensive background in office operations and maintenance.
- Strong project management and cross‑team coordination abilities.
- Excellent customer service mindset with outstanding communication and execution skills.
- Fluent English (reading, speaking, listening) used as a working language.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving experience from grassroots to management level.
- Willingness to work overtime, travel, and perform under pressure.
