IT Engineer (Based in Saudi)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to provide technical support to our users in Saudi Arabia. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, delivering user training and managing IT assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email and on‑site, covering hardware, software and network problems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly and efficiently.
• Deliver training sessions on the organization’s IT systems and tools.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of hardware, software licences and other IT assets.
• Stay informed about emerging IT trends and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation and maintenance of equipment and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Networking fundamentals and issue resolution.
