About the role
We are looking for an IT Operations & Support Senior Specialist to serve as the internal point of contact for all hardware, software and access needs. The role ensures that employees work with secure, functional devices and applications while maintaining a robust IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve help‑desk tickets related to hardware, software, and access issues.
- Provision, configure and secure laptops and user accounts for new and existing staff.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date IT asset inventory.
- Enforce endpoint security policies and monitor compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT support.
- CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation certification.
Required skills
- Help‑desk ticketing system usage.
- Laptop provisioning and imaging.
- User account management (e.g., Active Directory).
- Endpoint security and policy enforcement.
