About the role

We are seeking a practical and committed Kitchen Team Leader to join our food production team in Riyadh’s 2nd Industrial City. This hands‑on role involves active participation in daily kitchen operations while guiding the crew to maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily food preparation, cooking, and production activities.
• Organise kitchen workflow, allocate tasks and support team members.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with operational standards.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in kitchens or food‑production environments.
• Proven ability to lead, organise and motivate a team.
• Hands‑on attitude with the capacity to work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools.
